Sales Consultants play a central role in guiding customers through the full buying journey, from initial engagement through to final purchase, ensuring a refined and confident customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with a premium retail experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Provide tailored product recommendations and interior solutions based on customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling
- Support customers throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and collections
- Ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained at all times

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience
- Experience in luxury or premium retail will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
