ROLE PURPOSE

The core purpose of this role is to inspire, guide, and retain gym members through structured fitness support, onboarding programmes, and ongoing engagement activities.

The Fitness Instructor is responsible for promoting a positive training environment, improving member participation, and supporting the club’s retention goals. The role is not only about training sessions but also about building relationships that encourage long-term membership commitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum Qualifications

Working Conditions

  • Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Part-time structure (22.5 hours per week)
