Job Overview
The VKB Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker to join their NTK Distribution Centre in Mokopane. This role forms part of the commercial and logistics operations within one of South Africa’s leading agricultural supply chain organisations.
The position involves picking, packing, checking, and handling stock to ensure accurate order fulfilment and efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth distribution processes within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, check, and pack stock according to order requirements
- Receive incoming stock and assist with dispatch processes
- Perform stock control and ensure accurate inventory management
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
- Operate a forklift (if licensed) to move and organise stock safely
- Handle manual lifting of products up to specified weight limits (maximum 15kg)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement and handling
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or picking role
- Forklift licence will be an added advantage
