Job Overview
Core Group is looking for an experienced and detail-focused Export Supervisor to manage and oversee daily export operations within its warehouse environment in Boksburg.
This role is responsible for ensuring that export processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards. The successful candidate will supervise a small team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure that all export orders are processed and dispatched within required timelines.
The position requires strong operational discipline, leadership capability, and a solid understanding of export logistics and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Resolve escalated internal and external export-related queries
- Ensure all issues are addressed and feedback is provided within 24 hours
Export Operations & Administration
- Ensure export orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched according to country-specific SLA requirements
- Maintain complete and compliant export documentation for all shipments
- Manage and reconcile bond store registers and physical stock records
- Perform weekly reconciliation of Bill of Entry (BoE) reports with clearing agents
Inventory & Risk Control
- Implement and maintain strong stock control measures to minimise losses
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock movement or documentation
Warehouse Compliance & Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (OHASA)
- Enforce operational standards and warehouse procedures
Team Supervision
- Supervise and support warehouse/export staff to ensure productivity and accountability
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and competent in their roles
- Manage overtime in line with operational needs and budget constraints
- Conduct performance monitoring and support continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in export administration
- At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with clearing agents and bonded warehouse systems
