Job Overview
Fidelity Services Group is currently seeking a motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Consultant to join its Fidelity ADT division in the Gauteng region. This role focuses on selling basic security solutions, including alarm systems and remote panic buttons, to both new and existing clients.
The position is ideal for individuals who are confident in direct sales, enjoy working in a performance-driven environment, and are capable of building strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and networking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and achieving set sales targets while representing one of South Africa’s leading security brands.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Previous experience in direct sales (essential)
- PSIRA Grade C registration (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets
Key Responsibilities
The Direct Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new business growth through active sales engagement and client acquisition. Duties include:
Sales and Business Development
- Conduct cold calling to secure new clients and generate sales opportunities
- Sell alarm systems and panic button solutions to residential and business customers
- Identify potential customers through networking and community engagement
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales leads
Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Monitor personal performance and continuously improve sales results
Customer Relationship Building
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide product knowledge and basic system information to customers
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
