Salary Package: R1 494 900.00 p.a. [All Inclusive remuneration package]
CENTRE: Head Office

A) Qualifications and Competencies

  • You must have five years of experience in senior management.
  • You need a history of delivering good results.
  • You must know how to use computers, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You also need to be able to use virtual meeting platforms.
  • You will need an SMS Pre-Entry (Nyukela) Certificate when you are hired.
  • You need a valid driver’s license, unless you have a disability.

B) Knowledge and Skills

▪ Interacting with policy makers and key players in Health Care.
▪ Proven experience of the Health Sector.
▪ Sound understanding of the functioning of Public Service Health System.
▪ Good background in service delivery, turn around and change management strategy.
▪ Knowledge of all Health and related Acts and Regulations.
▪ Good communication, report writing, facilitation, co-ordination, liaison, networking, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, diplomacy; change and knowledge management, planning and organization skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

▪ Lead and guide the sub-branch in its direction and policies.
▪ Oversee and arrange the delivery of medicine-related services.
▪ Supervise the delivery of medical care assistance.
▪ Create a complete method to track and check how well clinical and health care support services meet their goals.
▪ Manage services for preventing infections, controlling them, and hospitality.
▪ Handle and use all resources, including buildings, people, and money.
